Grooming Appointment Policy

To ensure the highest quality of service for all clients and to respect the time of our grooming professionals, we kindly request adherence to the following policies:

Cancellations and Rescheduling
All appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee of up to 50% of the original service cost.

Late Arrivals
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. However, to minimize disruptions:

Clients arriving up to 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee, which will be added to the grooming service total.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be required to reschedule their appointment, as accommodating such delays affects the schedule of subsequent clients.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If an appointment is missed without prior notice and without cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance, a payment of up to 50% of the original service fee will be required prior to booking any future appointments.

Fleas & Flea Bath
Should fleas be discovered on your pet during the grooming process, a mandatory flea bath and sanitation fee of $25 will be applied. This charge reflects the additional time, care, and cleaning required to address such cases appropriately.
